tlb started as a question: what if a baked good could make you feel like art.

what i’ve found is curiosity is the ingredient i never run out of. every batch is a chance to get it more right, and right keeps moving. that's the point.

i bake for those who set a beautiful table with no one coming over. for those who appreciate a bite with their coffee, and richness alongside their celebrations.

the recipes were built around wellness from the start… adaptogens were always considered. vegan and gluten-free is what happened when i refused to compromise on ingredients. refined sugar and seed oils were never on the table.
