The Love Bakery, or TLB as it’s called, was conceptualized in 2019 by pastry chef Erica Paige.

reimagining baked goods into a frenzy of rolling, whipping, schmearing, & reincarnating batters into her favorites was just another Tuesday, as TLB morphed the worlds of art and baking into one.

The menu has evolved into a culmination of the quintessentials like chocolate chip banana bread and brownie flatcakes, while more recently introducing the atelier, a service for custom cakes and pastry installations.

Based in New York City, the TLB studio continues to iterate on the classics - baked goods meant to be savored - while redefining gluten-free, vegan, and adaptogenic baking.
