We do not replicate other cakes or alter our established design style, including frosting technique, shape, or floral selection.

The $100 consultation fee will be applied toward your final order (or toward your next TLB order, if preferred).

Custom orders must be placed and pickup times must be scheduled at least 5–10 days in advance, depending on the complexity.

All TLB website orders are for pickup only.

If you prefer to arrange delivery, you can book an Uber Package or courier. You’d just need to share the driver details with us upon their arrival so we know when to bring the order to the driver.

Custom orders begin at $200, and final pricing varies by size and complexity.

A customization fee will be applied depending on the scope of your project.

All sales, including the consultation fee, are final.

Once your request is submitted, please allow us 24-72 hours to get back to you.

the consultation fee covers the time and expertise required to discuss and design your custom baked goods. However, payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee that all requests can be accommodated.

If a request falls outside of these guidelines, we will do our best to suggest suitable alternatives that align with your vision.
